MELESA LOVE THERAPY SERVICES, PLLC

"Here to Help You Put the Pieces Together"

Are you feeling stuck while doing everything? Are you trying to navigate life’s transitions—adulting, parenting, complex relationships, or stressful careers? Are these transitions causing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feelings of uncertainty?

If you answered yes to any of these, you are in the right place. Together, we can slow down, reflect, and create space for greater insight, clarity, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Through this process, you can develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen your sense of balance, and improve your overall well-being and quality of life.

Perinatal mental health, complex trauma, and relational challenges can be difficult to manage. The good news is  you don't have to stay "stuck" or feel alone in your struggle. Allow me to help you on your path to healing.

Melesa Love, LCSW, IMH-E ®, PMH-C

Hi, I’m Melesa! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Tennessee, Indiana, and now serving Alabama. I am also an endorsed Infant Mental Health Mentor–Clinical professional and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional with more than 25 years of clinical experience.

I specialize in supporting parents experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and difficulties adjusting to parenthood. I also have extensive experience helping individuals heal from complex childhood trauma and adverse early life experiences.

My work with individuals, couples, and families focuses on repairing relational ruptures, addressing attachment injuries, and restoring healthy, connected relationships. In addition, I support professionals who are struggling with burnout, compassion fatigue, stress, and work-life balance.

My approach is warm, reflective, and relationship-centered. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing and lasting change.
